I had an idea! And it worked ~ I used Delia Smith's recipe for pizza dough ~ from her How to Cook book one, having rolled out the dough quite thinly I then spread the edge with garlic butter and rolled the edge around to create a rim for the pizza filled with garlic butter. The next job was to spread the toppings in the normal way and bake in a hot oven ~ delicious!
